1. I will do the same hours I have done at my current mentorship, which is at Advanco Fire protection.
2. I will frequently take pictures of what is going on at mentorship, for proof I intend on making another spreadsheet for hours and daily details.
3. The more time I am hands on in the field and with one on one with my mentor will drive me into a higher level of understand in my topic, because I have built a good foundation to grow off of.
